1. Agreement to Terms

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be adjusted subject to verification requirements.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jl799 account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. jl799 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.4 Source of Funds

5.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, jl799 is required by law to verify your identity. You must submit clear copies of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Reasons for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, abusive behavior, suspected money laundering, or at the request of regulatory authorities.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request voluntary self-exclusion from jl799 at any time by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or participate in gaming activities. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. 9.3 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your jl799 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw your available balance. Any remaining funds after 90 days will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at jl799's sole discretion.

9.4 Funds Upon Termination

If your account is terminated by jl799 due to breach of Terms or prohibited activities, all funds in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed in good standing, you will have 90 days to withdraw your balance. After 90 days, any remaining funds may be subject to administrative fees and eventual forfeiture.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jl799, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any claim that your use of jl799 caused damage to a third party.

10.4 Force Majeure

jl799 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event.

11. Changes to Terms

jl799 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on jl799.cam. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this document will reflect the most recent revision date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of jl799 after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using jl799 and may request account closure.
